While Aurilie wasn't making a purchase or a trading deal, she couldn't help but feel a tad slimy about this. This reservation was likely the lack of trust she had for her surprise 'roommates' than anything else. While she couldn't choose the company here, she supposed she should give them a chance if they agreed to work together. "I'm not too sure how well the comms work here...or if we want to be using them at all in this uncertain territory but I'm sure someone from the Republic side will know where to find me on short notice."

She gave a nod at the offer, not so quick to jump on it until she got a chance to truly know the other woman. "Thank you, I'm sure the amenities are appreciated but...thankfully, I am used to braving the wilderness with minimal comforts. I suppose we might be already ahead with a solid roof over our heads. That said, I'll be sure to let my wife know about that option. Thank you, Director Melmoar."

"Oh, she's already come by."
Jan chuckles and waggles her fingers at Aurilie over her shoulder as she departs.

Aurilie shot up a brow at that rather ominous statement as she watched the other woman leave. It shouldn't be too surprising, considering that it's already been a long day. After a moment, she decided that perhaps gathering everyone together was better than waiting for them...
