"The furthest back I remember is the sky falling as we made it to the shuttle." She scratches one kid's neck as it rests its head against her knee. "I remember how cool you looked, how companies of soldiers and knights with lightsabers turned to you in panic." She purrs, "But my mom lead everyone out safe."
Breela shakes her head somberly. "I wish that were true. But it mattered to me that I got my family out safe. That was all I cared about, so I was able to overcome the fear I felt." She pulls out a data chip and kneels down beside her. "If something happens to me. I want you to have this. It contains my engram, everything I've learned, everything I know, everything I am."
Z sniffs as she takes the chip. "Don't talk like that mom! I can't lose you again, not after all this time waiting."
"Baby," she wraps her arms around her. "I have no intention of dying. Not today, not tomorrow. But all is as the force wills it. I just don't want to run the risk of leaving you with nothing is all. Keep this close okay?"
She nods quietly. "I will."
