[D1 MM] Hothspitality (Omandri Lost and Found)

Cold. Deep cold. This was the first thing omandri became aware of, A deep bone chilling cold. Welcome to Hoth.

Then came pain "AHHHHHH!" His eyes flew open and he reflexively tried to pull his arm in but the ot just dragged limply toward him. He took time and deep breaths the pain was excruciating but duller than it should have been. He could thank the cold for that.

He gingerly touched his arm wincing and sucking breath between his teeth every so often Distal humerus fracture, possible olecranon fracture. Clean break on the humerus, possible bone fragment in the elbow. Well his arm was going to be useless until he could get proper medical care. For now he needed it to just set so nothing got messed up while he went to the beacon.

He looked to his surroundings, crash landing he was in the main common area. Seems he was thrown from the cockpit jostled a bit and landed and here. The ship was at about a 30 degree angle nose to the sky. He stood shakily and got things together that he'd need. Grabbing a backpack with medical supplies, an emergency shelter and some rations. No idea how far out he was.

He fished for a pill, one he had refined other the years to increase cerebral blood flow and aid attention and cognitive function. It always caused a slight headache as it kicked in but he was thinking much clearer now.

He tool time to make a rudimentary sling just something to immobilize the break for the journey.

He threw a Thermal cloak around his shoulders as best he could strapping the back pack across his chest he opened the door eventually to the howling, wing and ice of Hoth.

After a minute he had a decent idea of where he was and set off in the direction he thought the wastes hoping he was going the right way.

While stumbling through the wastes he slides down an unseen embankment of ice and snow, the blizzard not letting up and he can make out a structure not the one he is looking for but it seemed like something artificial squat and box like.

He can hear people shouting and figures in the blizzard but he can't get exact numbers without focusing on the matter. They don't seem to have noticed him yet.

Usually Omandri is always down for making new friends but broken arm, trudging through a pirate infested planet strangers didn't seem like the best bet right now.

He would try to continue on his way without drawing their attention.

He can hear one shout to the others trying to be heard over the storm, "Ain't paid pro... kill... then take... sell..."

OOC: Easy Stealth check but a setback due to slick icy ground.

Omandri grimaced a bit based on those snippets of conversation it seemed like he made the right choice avoiding them. Could be anything but kill, take, and sell seemed like pretty piratey words to be shouting.

He was no shadow, in fact for a spy master he was pretty laughably bad at stealth but luckily for him it was loud and visibility was bad, it probably would have been harder for him to get their attention in this weather.

He marked the place in his mind and kept moving toward the beacon.

Omandri makes it back without incident... the people left behind, not so much.
