A frozen mess, not livable/usable.

This needs to be cleaned up before usable. But the water is hot. Accessible Day 6. This is only accessible from the Turbolift, which is now operational as of Day 6.

Bring your own lights.

Refugees clean out the vermin and turn the steam vents into a place to relax and enjoy the warm waters. The baths are a nice place to relax despite the constant dangers from the pirates. Lighting and walkways have been installed, and although a low priority area for the leadership it comes together fairly quickly.
