I figure with PC dice pools it shouldn't be a big problem though.
Also the Turtle has an Advanced targeting array. 2 free upgrades, plus a rank of true aim and sniper shot to let our Close range weapons hit Short

Jan's current plan is to use one of the early PC slots turn 2 to try and thin out the fighter swarm before they come in on the attack.

I'm happy to move to the bottom of the turn 2 list now defenses are up.
Unless our gunners need me to close distance, but then the bad guys shoot first

Sorry, I looked at Orokos and still missed that Jan had already rolled to hit Minion 1. I added the setback for the other group having defenses up.

No strong thoughts on where those two threat should go? Happy to turn them into boosts for any future rolls to Vaylin force shenanigans?

What is the difficulty? I don't have the rules with me.

System Strain < ½ strain threshold is 1eD, System Strain > ½ strain threshold is 2eD, strain threshold is equal to the threshold is 3eD and you can only do it once per encounter and each hit brings back 1 strain.
You can also try to repair any crit done at the difficulty of the crit gained.
