If you have a ship and want it to be listed under the Hangar forum, just let me know in your PF when it gets created. I will probably start on those this evening for me or tomorrow. That will also be where you post your character sheets for approval.

Day 0 or Pre-game: Takes place before landing in hyperspace so it will be split between the Empire faction and the Republic faction.

Day 1: Will have some special rules, so as not to completely penalize players for the starting condition of Echo Base, but still be challenging.

I will be away from home from the 4th of August till the 6th of August, I will have access to a computer but I can't say I will be super responsive especially on the 5th.

I expect Pre-Game to kick off the 10th of August and Game to go live on the 12th, perhaps late evening my time (Guessing 9 to 10 PM Eastern Time on the 11th).

Preparation for Session #1 please roll destiny here. On Wednesday the 10th of August Pre-game will begin in one of the two Pre-game forums based on faction, Unaligned characters must pick a faction to start with. There will be no communication between the two detachments as neither is aware of the other at game start.

Players will be limited to 3 threads in the Pre-Game or Day 0.

Game will launch on the 12th of August with Day 1. It should be reiterated that there will be no direct PvP in the game, tensions can run high but outright aggression is highly discouraged.

Pre-Game Rules

Players are limited to three threads on Day 0, if they are Unaligned they need to pick a side to attach themselves too. Everyone is in Hyperspace and unaware of the other side also heading to Hoth. If their ship does not possess a Hyperdrive X1 then their ship is currently in the hangar bay of the larger command ship as speed is of the essence for these missions.

NPCs can be requested, dependent on which faction you are with.

There is no rolling unless given strict GM permission, but in general just assume you won’t be rolling. Most importantly this is optional and will not negatively affect you if you decide to skip it. Just a chance to build early relationships, shake off the cobwebs, and find your character’s voice.

You can join the Pre-Game as long as your character has been approved.

Do Obligation on the morrow and close the Destiny rolling at some point on the morrow and begin the transition to Day 1.

If you use a Talent or ability while modding on Day 0 that costs wounds or strain you will not restore that before start of Day 1.

Day 1 Flow of Events

All events will open with the start of Day 1 besides the [redacted] scene, potentially space combat oriented, which will open about 24 hours from now so 11ish Eastern Time Zone. There will be a poll up as well to coincide with Day 1 stuff. During Day 1 Players will limited to a certain region on Hoth for reasons made clear on Day 1.

Change Over for Days will usually happen the evening before starting around 9 PM Eastern Time, expect Day 1 around 10 hours from now.

NPC sidekicks or general crew are not cool heroes but you can spend Destiny on their behalf if you are in a scene with them, this is considered your use of Destiny.

Rolls at the Base are affected by this, being Lost in the morning is not affected: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=43

The rules for being exposed will be used in future events not the lost event.

The resilience rolls for survival are really just for when you are unprepared or don't have access to at least a thermal cloak otherwise you are fine.

I might have you roll for equipment freezing though.
