I think it's been done in the past but I'm not sure and I don't think it's raw, so I have to ask; is it possible to parry that 'unlimited power' ?

Reflect it, but not possible with a melee weapon, one needs a lightsaber.

Where did Skivulker get her Potion of Greater XP Gain, and can I have one?
More seriously, it's obvious to Galen and Tethys that Luth is possessed. Is there any way we might tell whether she's, um... still alive in there? Or floating around out of her body until her evil Airbnb guest checks out?

I could swear that in previous games drawing and applying a stim took only a single maneuver; but I can't find any hard rulings to back it up.
Would it be one or two maneuver to take out and stim yourself?

It's a maneuver to ready an item (like a stim you plan to use), unless you have the Military Pouch for your kit, which lets you ready a Silhouette 0 item stored in it as an incidental.
Using the item (apply stim) is also a maneuver.
