Pureblood Sith are supposed to reach adult maturity around or after 20 I believe. They're a bit slower than humans on biological maturity, but I think they start getting more adult level lessons and training significantly earlier.

Fine. Relatively the same. Though Chiss have special relativity, meaning they think themselves special at every age
