A frozen mess, not livable/usable.
The medical bay can house about a dozen or so patients at any one time and has a surgery wing. It used to have a tank for kolto but it stands empty. The area will need to be cleaned up before it is ready to receive patients.
OOC: Once cleaned up this will add a boost die to all Medicine checks when done in the area.
