A frozen mess, not livable/usable.

Hydroponics is a large area of the base with room for farming and can even store wild life or livestock; there is also a place to grow or culture algae and foods. This area needs to be cleaned up before usage and will require a team of folks to tend to it at least once a session to maintain food output.

OOC: Once online food concerns become nil and a wider variety of foods can be made and provided, this boosts morale. As long as it is maintained it will negate any Power penalties unless the Power falls to Depleted. No Longer Applies as of Day 6.

Addendum: Due to influx of refugees at Echo Base this bonus no longer applies as food must be rationed so that everyone gets their fair share.
