Hoth: Blood and Ice

After dropping off the herd of goats at the Turtle, Pipka leads Gibzy back outside, a short distance from the hangar entrance. He had a plan in mind. With some hard work and the newly gained assistance of his friend Gibzy, they should be able to finish it in a night.

Pulling out his entrenching tool, they took turns digging out the moat. This would provide the snow ice mix to build up the fort. Pipka borrowed some scrap from the hangar to make forms for the walls, which moved things along nicely. He even rigs up a sled to be pulled by goats for larger pieces.

With periodic breaks to rest, check on the goats, and discuss life on Hoth and among the Ortolans, they work into the night.

Gibzy is excited to build and learn about life beyond Hoth. He's just a country ortolan looking up to big city Pipka.

While sitting down on one of their breaks to milk the goats (after warming up their hands first of course), Pipka tells Gibzy in full detail about his past, starting as a young pup in the cyperill trees of Chad, to the beginning of his grand adventure when he was taken and enslaved under Sith Lords in the territory of the Dread Masters, followed by his self-recruitment aboard the Turtle after they took down his masters, then a few action packed years becoming the best gunner he could be, and now the current mission which led to their crash landing on Gibzy's frigid homeworld.

Gibzy tells Pipka all about being a farmer and minor mechanic and also that time he got a rash on his snout, and that time he he fist fight a tauntaun, and that time he discovered a shiny rock, his lucky rock. Oh and that time he met some offworlder who became a gun guy.
