Hoth: Blood and Ice

The Combat Operations Center is the main control area for the facility, allowing command of the security, power, and vital operations of the site. This is typically where the command leaders of the expedition, either faction, will congregate. Most systems are offline besides emergency power for heat and emergency lighting.
