It's a really hard choice between Medical and Hydroponics, but chose Medical.

Went for saving just to make unlocking other stuff moving forward a little easier.

I voted medical because I feel terrible for the people with lingering Day 1 crits. 
But as long as we spend it, I'm happy. We can get more!

Both areas will be expanded, this will reduce Power by two steps at the start of Day 3.
